Wall Pass Accuracy — Passing Precision

Technical Passing · Accuracy · Weak Foot Max 15 pts
📋 Setup & Recording Instructions
  1. Find a flat wall. Use tape to mark a 1m × 1m square target on the wall at knee-to-waist height (50–90cm from ground).
  2. Measure exactly 7 metres from the wall and place a marker (cone or tape line) — this is your passing position.
  3. Set your phone on a tripod or stable surface directly to your side, framing both your full body and the wall target in one shot.
  4. Using the inside of your foot (instep), pass the ball at the target square. Let it rebound and pass again — non-stop.
  5. Complete 10 consecutive passes with your RIGHT foot, then rest 30 seconds and do 10 more with your LEFT foot. Count each pass aloud.
  6. Both sets can be one continuous video. Say "Right foot — starting now" and "Left foot — starting now" clearly before each set.
AI Scores: Target hits / 20 passes Execution speed Body posture at contact Weak foot quality

Cone Slalom Dribble — Close Control

Technical Dribbling · Ball Mastery · Agility Max 15 pts
📋 Setup & Recording Instructions
  1. Place 6 objects (cones, water bottles, shoes) in a straight line with exactly 1 metre between each. Total course = 5 metres.
  2. Mark the start and end with chalk or tape so they are clearly visible on the ground.
  3. Place your phone directly to the side, elevated if possible, showing the full 5m course and your full body.
  4. Dribble through the cones in a weaving slalom pattern from start to end, then back — that is 1 complete run.
  5. Use both feet while weaving. The ball must not touch or knock over any cone. Ball must stay within 50cm of your feet at all times.
  6. Complete 3 full runs back-to-back. Rest 20 seconds between each. Announce "Run 1", "Run 2", "Run 3" on camera.
AI Scores: Ball close to feet Speed through course Both feet engaged Head position (up/down)

Juggling Count — Ball Mastery & Touch

Technical Ball Control · Coordination · Balance Max 10 pts
📋 Setup & Recording Instructions
  1. Find an open flat area with at least 2 metres around you in all directions. No wall needed.
  2. Place your phone directly in front of you, showing your full body head to toe.
  3. Part A — Max Juggles: Juggle using feet, thighs, and head. Count aloud — do your maximum without the ball touching the ground. Do this twice. Say "Attempt 1" and "Attempt 2" before each.
  4. Part B — 30-Second Mix: Juggle continuously for 30 seconds using at least 3 different body parts (e.g. right foot → left foot → thigh → head). Count every 5 seconds aloud.
  5. Both parts in one video. Say "Part A" and "Part B" clearly before each section.
AI Scores: Max juggle count Body parts variety Touch softness & control Balance & composure

10-Metre Sprint — Acceleration Speed

Athletic Speed · Acceleration · Running Mechanics Max 15 pts
📋 Setup & Recording Instructions
  1. Measure exactly 10 metres on a flat surface (road, court, field). Mark the start and finish lines clearly with tape or cones visible in the video.
  2. Place your phone on a tripod to the side, at the 5-metre midpoint of the run. The frame must show both the start and finish lines at the same time.
  3. Start in a split stance (one foot forward, one back) — not crouching, not fully upright. This mimics a football sprint start.
  4. On your own signal, sprint at full maximum effort from start line to finish line.
  5. Complete 3 attempts with 60 seconds rest between each. Announce "Attempt 1", "2", "3" before each sprint.
  6. Highly recommended: Have a friend hold a visible stopwatch facing the camera during each run to capture the time on video.
AI Scores: Sprint time (best of 3) Acceleration burst quality Running mechanics Arm drive & forward lean
