3
Upload Each Video Against the Correct Drill
The form shows each test by name and number — T1, T2, T3, A1, P1. Tap the upload button next to each test, select the correct video from your camera roll, and submit the form when all 5 are attached.
🔒
Your videos are completely private. They are uploaded directly into Stadium FC's secure Google Drive. No other applicant or member of the public can see your videos at any time. Only Stadium FC coaching staff have access.
💡 Film with good natural light facing you — do not film with bright sunlight or a window behind you. Your full body must be visible in frame throughout each drill.
T1

Wall Pass Accuracy — Passing Precision

Technical Passing · Accuracy · Weak Foot Max 15 pts
📋 Setup & Recording Instructions
  1. Find a flat wall. Use tape to mark a 1m × 1m square target on the wall at knee-to-waist height (50–90cm from ground).
  2. Measure exactly 7 metres from the wall and place a marker (cone or tape line) — this is your passing position.
  3. Set your phone on a tripod or stable surface directly to your side, framing both your full body and the wall target in one shot.
  4. Using the inside of your foot (instep), pass the ball at the target square. Let it rebound and pass again — non-stop.
  5. Complete 6 passes with your RIGHT foot, then immediately switch and do 6 more with your LEFT foot — keep the camera rolling throughout, do not stop. Count each pass aloud.
  6. Both sets can be one continuous video. Say "Right foot — starting now" and "Left foot — starting now" clearly before each set.
AI Scores:
Target hits / 12 passes Execution speed Body posture at contact Weak foot quality

Cone Dribble — Close Control

Technical Dribbling · Ball Mastery · Agility Max 15 pts
📋 Setup & Recording Instructions
  1. Place 6 objects (cones, water bottles, shoes) in a straight line with exactly 1 metre between each. Total course = 5 metres.
  2. Mark the start and end with chalk or tape so they are clearly visible on the ground.
  3. Place your phone directly to the side, elevated if possible, showing the full 5m course and your full body.
  4. Dribble through the cones in a dribbling slalom pattern from start to end, then back — that is 1 complete run.
  5. Use both feet while dribbling. The ball must not touch or knock over any cone. Ball must stay within 50cm of your feet at all times.
  6. Complete 3 full runs back-to-back without stopping. Announce "Run 1", "Run 2", "Run 3" on camera as you go. Keep the camera rolling the entire time — one continuous video.
AI Scores:
Ball close to feet Speed through course Both feet engaged Head position (up/down)

Juggling Count — Ball Mastery & Touch

Technical Ball Control · Coordination · Balance Max 10 pts
📋 Setup & Recording Instructions
  1. Find an open flat area with at least 2 metres around you in all directions. No wall needed.
  2. Place your phone on a stable surface or tripod directly in front of you, showing your full body from head to toe.
  3. Juggle the ball continuously for 60 seconds using at least 3 different body parts — right foot, left foot, thigh, and head. Mix them up throughout.
  4. Count aloud every 10 seconds so the AI can track your rhythm and consistency.
  5. If the ball drops, pick it up and continue immediately — do not stop the video. The AI scores control quality, variety of body parts, and consistency, not just whether the ball stayed up.
  6. One continuous video. Say "Starting now" clearly before you begin.
AI Scores:
Max juggle count Body parts variety Touch softness & control Balance & composure

A1

10-Metre Sprint — Acceleration & Speed

Athletic Speed · Acceleration · Running Mechanics Max 15 pts
📋 Setup & Recording Instructions
  1. Measure exactly 10 metres on a flat surface (road, court, field). Mark the start and finish lines clearly with tape or cones visible in the video.
  2. Place your phone on a tripod to the side, at the 5-metre midpoint of the run. The frame must show both the start and finish lines at the same time.
  3. Start in a split stance (one foot forward, one back) — not crouching, not fully upright. This mimics a football sprint start.
  4. On your own signal, sprint at full maximum effort from start line to finish line.
  5. Complete 3 attempts — walk back to the start line between each sprint, then go again. Announce "Attempt 1", "Attempt 2", "Attempt 3" before each one. Keep the camera rolling — one continuous video.
  6. Highly recommended: Have a friend hold a visible stopwatch facing the camera during each run to capture the time on video.
AI Scores:
Sprint time (best of 3) Acceleration burst quality Running mechanics Arm drive & forward lean
